GENERAL CLASS

A well-balanced program enhancing your overall fitness. Focusing on every detail from lifting heavy to running long distance. Community oriented where your not just a member but more importantly part of a family.

 

Classes suitable for an athlete or average joe to someone that doesn’t know what a gym looks like (even better). No previous experience needed, our coaches are on hand to teach you everything.

JR.EP & TEENS CLASS

Our Junior program is aimed at 7 – 15 years of age teaching the fundamental movements, developing or enhancing your child’s physical abilities. Perfect for young athletes and easily adaptable for first timers.

We have some of Canterbury’s and New Zealand’s top athletes catering to a wide range of sports, Motocross, Ice Hockey, Netball, Rugby and the list goes on.

Our goal – to set your child up for a bright future. Catering for a wide range of sports we don’t specify to one domain, we believe you have to enhance a wide range of skills and develop these from a young age to ensure overall success when older.

EP SWEAT - LUNCH TIME CLASSES

Allowing people to get in and out within 30mins. Simplified movements for everyone, focusing on an intense sweat.

 

If your goal is to Lose Fat, Create Lean Muscle and SWEAT – this class is perfect for you! 

EP PERFORMANCE

We already cater to a well-rounded program. One that will give you the best of everything to enhance your overall fitness. From aesthetics to performance, from mental health to feeling good, we got you covered.

 

But we get it, some need more attention, a more specified training regime, weekly, monthly plans, including nutrition, specific strength cycles, injury prevention, a wedding, the list goes on.

 

Membership Plus+ gives you any additional accessory work for an on-going injury or weakness, you could be training for a competition, marathon, Iron man.

Your week specifically planned out to you and YOUR needs.

MUMS & BUBS CLASS

Think Mums Group with a bit of fitness.

Creating a space for like-minded Mothers, giving them the confidence and ability to regain their bodies within a baby-friendly space.
