Our training style is different to traditional gyms. EP combines fitness with culture and community! We are a big family that train, support and socialise together.

When you walk inside EP you're instantly greeted by Beauden our gym dog. He not only lifts the spirits of our members but he’s the heart and soul of the gym and has one hell of a kind heart. Look out for kisses at the end of your workout!

MEET COACH CHRIS –
Starting EP back in 2014 after completing his degree in Sports Recreation at Lincoln University, EP was born. Over the last 5 years EP has grown into a community of like minded people with the motivation to better themselves every single day.
Chris’ hard work and dedication is a natural outcome and understanding of the importance of physical fitness. With a background in strength and conditioning for all Canterbury Ice Hockey teams, Chris’ skills and knowledge are showcased across all platforms of fitness and sport.
