JR.EP & TEENS CLASS
Our Junior program is aimed at 7 – 15 years of age teaching the fundamental movements, developing or enhancing your child’s physical abilities. Perfect for young athletes and easily adaptable for first timers.
We have some of Canterbury’s and New Zealand’s top athletes catering to a wide range of sports, Motocross, Ice Hockey, Netball, Rugby and the list goes on.
Our goal – to set your child up for a bright future. Catering for a wide range of sports we don’t specify to one domain, we believe you have to enhance a wide range of skills and develop these from a young age to ensure overall success when older.
