We believe health and performance go hand and hand which results in you looking atheistically pleasing. Our goal is to make a well rounded physically fit being, one that can run 10km but also lift a heavy barbell.
First comes your health, range of motion, using the right muscles, mechanics etc. Next comes performance, lifting more, running further which then results in our body changing and adapting into lean, powerful muscle!
We use functional movements that provide real life functionality which work our core to extremities. It’s important that we incorporate bodybuilding exercises, powerlifting movements, weightlifting lifts and bodyweight movements to achieve all these stimuluses. Every class includes functional movements for the average joe!
